A Really Cool Luxury Yacht Sighting...The Skat

Yesterday while taking photos for Veronica employers recognition event I came across this really sharp looking ship.
At first I didn't know what to make of it but after asking around I found out just how cool that this ship actually was.
As it turned out this Luxury Yacht is called Skat:

The yacht Skat was built by Lurssen as project 9906 and delivered to her owner Charles Simonyi in 2001. Skat has a military exterior styling designed by Espen Oeino. Her interior is designed by Marco Zanini, who created a minimalist style, matching the exterior. The yacht features original artworks by Lichtenstein and Vasarely. The yacht is military styled and even has a military like number on the hull: 9906. This number refers to Oeino’s project number: 1999 - project 6.

The Owners First Yacht

Skat was the first yacht for her owner, while normally yacht owners grow into bigger yachts. Skat means treasure in Danish - the story goes that Simonyi used to have a Danish girlfriend who called him Skat. The yacht is styled like Simonyi’s house in Medina, Washington

The yacht is often seen with a McDonnell Douglas MD-520N helicopter with the sign N486CS. (CS for Charles Simonyi). The heli has the same gray colour as the yacht and the even as the owners jet and house.
