Day #13 And Last Day Of Our 2016 Vacation And Cruise Part #1

Day #12 was a sea day. Veronica and I spent the day relaxing and packing up our luggage for our upcoming return home at the end of this vacation. Believe it or not...I don't think that I took one photograph this day.

So today we visited our last port of call, Palma Mallorca also known as Palma Majorca, before sailing back into Barcelona. Palma Mallorca is an island that is approximately 112 nautical miles from Barcelona. After getting up early and grabbing a bite to eat we departed our ship and headed into the city. The city of Palma is a very pretty city with lots to see. Here is part #1 of our visit to Palma.

Here is an early morning tug boat assisting our massive ship docking in port. It took 45 minutes to meneuver our ship at the pier to dock safely.
Below is La Seu - The Cathedral. There were gardens, a pond with Swans and numerous fountains in and around La Seu. Being the off season it was rather quiet around La Seu in the morning but got a little busier by afternoon.

 Our tradition continues
there was some interesting architecture in Palma

 Interesting photographic opportunity

Part #2 of our visit to Palma Majorca will be posted shortly
