The Excitement Slowly Builds

Currently there is a slight lull in the action as far as travel goes. The last 2 months has been a whirlwind of activity and especially for Veronica. Between work and volunteering to do and being involved in community events, it has been even rougher and a longer period of time for her.  She has the next 2 days off and I will be doing my best to make it a restful 2 days for her. God knows she deserves it.
I have started getting involved in making some altered art and have one project that has been keeping me busy for a period of time.
I plan on spending the next 2 days in Veronica's studio working on this project and hopefully it will be close to completion by the end of tomorrow.
It is nice spending time with Veronica and letting my imagination run free doing and creating a piece of work. I am not really sure if my project should be called a work out art but I guess that in someones eyes it might fall into that category.
As soon as it is finished, I will upload photos of the finished piece both here on my blog and on Pinterest.
I am curious to see how it will be received by the general public.
I find the creative process and the unveiling kind of exciting because it is only my 2nd piece.
But the other real excitement is in the fact that we only have 113 days left until we fly into Copenhagen and start our cruise to exciting new locations that we have never been to. The highlights will be Norway, Ireland, Scotland and especially Iceland, where we will been on a photographic excursion geared mainly for those that was to see and photograph the top locations in the Reykjavik, Iceland area.
We can't wait to go and the excitement builds as the days drift by.
