We got these tickets through a really good web site... Vegas.com If you are ever going to Las Vegas, make sure that you check out this web site. They have a ton of valuable information on every topic that has to do with Las Vegas.
After getting the show tickets, we ended up going all the way to the Strastosphere Hotel. As it turned out, this hotel is not really in the most desirable section of town. We ended up visiting a lot of hotels on this day.
That night, we went to the Mystere show...it was fantastic. One of the best, if not THE best, Cirque Du Soleil show we have seen to date. We had great seats too. After the show, we went to a bakery shop called the Cupcakery that was in the Monte Carlo Hotel complex. We went there a couple of nights and brought back a snack to our room. Their cupcakes were delicious and they had some great flavors too.

We were on foot when we took these photos
The Stratosphere Hotel. We were thinking about going taking the elevator the top of the tower to get a great view of Las Vegas but when we got there, we learned that it would cost $16 a piece, so we decided to skip it.
Here is another one of the numerous wedding chapels that Vegas is known for
This is one of the older hotels in Vegas. It wasn't a very clean appearing hotel and the same could be said for the Stratosphere Hotel. I had heard that they had an amusement center in this hotel but when I looked, it was all closed down.
