Looking Forward Not Back

I went to my last Physical Therapy session yesterday. This Thursday was supposed to be my last one but because Veronica and I are going to the Outer Banks (OBX) this Thursday morning, I made yesterday my last visit.
My foot is coming along well. I have been spending a lot of time each day doing my stretch exercises in order to assist in the healing process. It seems to be helping.
In a week or two, I will start going for my walks again. I have not been able to do that for many months...back in May-June was my last time I think. I will start out with very short distances to see how my foot handles the hard concrete and then hopefully build up to the levels that I used to be at...6 miles a day.
As I mentioned earlier, this Thursday, Veronica and I will be heading to the OBX to get a better feel for the area and to check a few things out before our possible upcoming move. Nothing has been set in stone as of yet, so I am taking a wait and see attitude about the whole thing.
Before heading out of town, we will need to stop by a medical location and get our H1N1 vaccines.
I am taking my camera with us and hopefully I will have some good photos to share with you from the OBX.

I hope you have a great, and safe, trip! Good luck with getting the vaccine first; my cousin got so sick from it..
