Flowers Of The Day
With the heat wave that we have been having, all kinds of things are blooming. I have been experimenting with our new camera to see what it can do. I have several of these "test" photos shown down below. I thought that some came out kind of cool looking, so I thought that I would share them with you. One thing that I have forgot to mention, if you see any photo that you would like to use as maybe your desktop background, please feel free to go ahead and use them. If you don't know how to do this, just mouse click on the picture that you want. It will enlarge the photo once you click on it. Then right click and a menu will show up. You can either save it as your desktop background or you can save it to folder for future use. I hope that you enjoy these.

the close-ups are bomb ... I haven't figured out my macro setting yet, either. The iris? they seem, all, to have kind of lacy, fluttery, wavy edges ... is that the type of Iris they are? I might be having a blond moment, but the petal edges just look different to me. I love those blooming bushes against the color of your house, too. mmmm.
I don't know which is better... the flowers or the photography!! Just beautiful!
